Your text and AI processing
When you click a generation button, your text is sent from our server to our configured AI service, OpenAI, to produce a rewrite. Its service providers may process that text under their own terms. Do not submit confidential, sensitive personal, or restricted workplace information. No AI request is made just by loading this site.
Email and newsletter preferences
If you save your email address, we save your email address, time of request, newsletter choice, source, optional campaign parameters, an event identifier and mail status. Saving your address does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The weekly newsletter checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. No result emails or weekly newsletters are sent. Addresses and consent preferences are available only in our protected admin dashboard.
Your original input is not stored with your email. Recent generated results are held temporarily in a server session during your session; they are not added to the lead database. We do not send your generated result by email.
Cookies, storage and analytics
A necessary session cookie helps protect requests and protect your email signup. Browser session storage retains UTM campaign parameters. The application includes event hooks for generation, sharing and interaction counts; Matomo can be enabled to measure visits and interactions. Its tracking cookies are disabled and browser Do Not Track preferences are respected. We also keep first-party interaction counts for up to 90 days and generation token counts to understand usage and costs. We do not put your text or email in those event payloads. Hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure may keep access and security logs, including IP addresses. Hourly abuse limits use hashed IP identifiers.
Sharing and external sites
Clicking Share saves your generated result and a branded image on our server and creates a public link. Anyone with that link can view and share them. Shared results remain available until removed by the site operator. Your original input and email address are not included. Social networks may fetch and cache the result image and preview text. Social networks and linked sites apply their own privacy practices. Copying and sharing your result yourself is your choice.
Retention and requests
Email and consent records are retained for the stated purposes until removed under our operational retention practices or in response to an appropriate request. To ask about your information, request deletion, or withdraw a newsletter preference, contact Reach Response through its website. We may need to verify a request. Future newsletters should include an unsubscribe mechanism.
